Payments can be made via paypal or via credit card or through Upay, subject to approval.
All prices include VAT, in accordance with Israeli tax law.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, only if the order hasn’t been shipped.
If an order is canceled in time, you will not be charged.
No refunds are given for products or services that have already been fulfilled or shipped.
O.T.S reserves the right to cancel any order with a two-hour notice. In such cases, no claims may be made against us.
5. Shipping Policy
Most items are ready to ship within 3 business days.
